Hi everyone,
Great trip! Hope you loved it as much as I did
Any chance those of you who bought slates could bring them in for us to use in our filming tomorrow?
Muchas gracias.
Mr L
Assembly script now on the blog. Enjoy.
Don’t forget to invite your family – the more the merrier!
See you tomorrow – trip! Woo hoo!!!
Hiya peeps,
Our class assembly is going to be on Friday 25th November, one of the little ones’ teacher asked me to swap because they have their production to get ready for and couldn’t do both!
T-minus 12 days to go then!
You guys had better get started coming up with some ideas and a script then, not long to go…
I’ve created a page on the blog dedicated to our ‘Class Assembly’

Hi guys, the homework for this week is now here on the blog, including spellings…
I’ve tried not to give you too much as most of us will be in school on Saturday as well!
Can’t wait
Hi everyone,
Tomorrows homework is now live on the blog!

I’ve put up literacy and spelling, I’ll add the numeracy tomorrow…
See you all then.
Please feel free to comment below if you can suggest any improvements you’d like to see to the site.

Hello class, or at least those of you still excited about the blog…
Tomorrow afternoon we will have a live session with Quentin Blake (via the webcam).
He’s asked that we submit some questions, he might not answer them as I think he’ll be picking some at random to answer…
Let me know your ideas tomorrow, or you can type the question below if you like and I’ll submit them.
Be good

This week in ICT we will have a go at creating images in the style of famous artists – in this case, Mondrian and Matisse.
Both were born during the Victorian era but did not live in England then.
Here are the originals we will be working in the style of:
The Snail by Matisse (still on display at the Tate Modern in London – go and see it, it’s amazing – and free!)

and also No. VI / Composition No.II by Mondrian, sadly not on display at the Tate (but I think they own it!)
We will be attempting our own versions of these images, using computer software techniques… watch this space, we’ll upload a selection!

A massive well done to Jeneev for beating off the competition to win our class logo competition…
If you can’t get enough of it on the title bar of the blog, here it is one more time!
Along the top are some other page links, at the moment we have one for homework and another for web links…
Let me know what other useful information you would like to see on the site.
